Pathfinder Manufacturing is more than just an industry leader in precision machining and assembly. We are also a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization offering vocational opportunities and mentoring to at-risk high school juniors and seniors challenged by disabilities and socioeconomic disadvantages. Each year, we provide on-the-job training to approximately 100 students, who learn from our highly skilled team and gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.
We are always seeking additional business partners to enhance the training possibilities for our students. Through our industry partnerships, our students are provided with the opportunity to learn hands-on, technical skills in a manufacturing environment devoted to providing high-quality solutions. Completing our student learning program creates new and exciting opportunities for our students and gives them the experience and job skills they need to succeed in the future, whether in manufacturing or in another field.
