The full capabilities of our machine shop include complex electrical and wire assembly, custom metal work, and advanced CNC machining. Our teams have experience with a wide spectrum of techniques and equipment including custom cable and wire harness assembly, deburring, turret punch, 50-ton press brake, turning, hand or machine riveting, wire cut and code, and UV laser wire marking. A comprehensive saw shop allows our team to cut a wide range of materials while our CAPRIS machines are able to handle the marking and quality assurance processes for a variety of wire gauges and types.
